*I am sure some are wondering....yes I am a member of MCBA now*  I usually scan all members of DPMCC and TRaK from the contest issues. I would say there are so many in the magazines from all the people we know it would take forever lol (could be a lot more if ya wanna see the ones from web sites) Here are mine.     this one surprised me since it was not even done and on primer table.   '49 Ford  does this count? I built it! lol was in Goodguys magazine  '54 chevy  there are several more, but not scanned. Since I take photos for Model Cars , it's not such a big deal to me anymore....I have a lot more fun putting YOUR models in there when I can. ;D |

cool stuff Jerome! when was that magazine out? ahh ok, yeah that happens a lot. magazines get going and then die off too soon. I was digging "Lowlife" and then it disappeared from shelves..I know he is wanting to put it out again and asked me to be on staff....I hope it does come back. |

I can't get to any of my magazines right now. They're all buried in the room. Starting with my 69 dart that was on the back of the contest annual years ago. (96 i think) The yellow pro mod (Santi owns it now) was in the annual next. My purple dragster was in SAE and Model Cars for GSL coverage in 2005, my 29 is in the current issue of SAE in GSL coverage. (candy orange). I think my Jungle Jim fc was in the mag also years ago. And it was the pic that was sent out to all web subscribers to SAE forums for web content mailer for GSL coverage online.

 the bike standing up was pictured in Scale Auto (i dont have the magazine, so i havent a clue what it looks like) this years show, the Sgt Copper truck ( the copper & primer truck on the left, was shot for Scale Auto, as well as Suprified, the hilux underneath it was shot for model cars magazine as well. Look for them later this year:) |
